El solar se encontró desocupado y parcialmente derribado de forma prácticamente rectangular con su mayor dimensión dando frente a la calle Laguna y por otro lado la calle Pallars nº 193-205 con 1.860 m2 de superficie.
El proyecto se ha planteado en todo momento desde la lectura de intenciones señalada en el PERI EJE LAGUNA. Así pues, el volumen principal de planta baja más seis plantas, paralelo a la calle Laguna, alinea rotundamente agotando sus dos dimensiones para configurar la esquina que da frente al espacio público.

The site was unoccupied and partially demolished in a practically rectangular way with its largest dimension facing the Llacuna street and on the other hand Carrer Pallars nº 193-205 with 1,860 m2 of surface area.
That is why the project proposes a very small volume with perforations where the only exception is the linear window of the first floor that underlines and accompanies the turn of the building at this point.
PLANES
The functional program of the building, of PB + 6 consists of a hotel establishment of 186 rooms. A plant underground parking lot for 126 4-wheel vehicles, 21 two-wheeled vehicles and 12 bicycles for bicycles. The hotel has commercial premises, interior private garden and access to office services.
